I purchased this dress in blue and the colors are gorgeous! It's not as short as it looks on the mannequin but it's so lightweight and the sleeves will raise the dress up a little when you lift your arms so the length seems appropriate. The embroidery is very pretty and is higher-quality than expected. It does fit loose but it's supposed to. You don't want the seam across the chest to pull so if you are a C-cup or larger, I wouldn't suggest sizing down. If you're smaller-chested, you probably could. Overall, I'm super excited to wear this dress for Cinco de Mayo and the rest of the Summer!
