First let me say that I'm 5 ft. 1, and weigh 138 pounds. I'm a 36DD, so I thought for sure that I would need a size 12 dress so that I would not have a tight fit on my chest. However, I didn't feel like waiting for weeks, and paying an extra $13 dollars for delivery, so I chose to take a chance and get the size 10. Best decision I ever made, as it was a perfect fit. It is loose at the waist, but nothing that is so noticeable that it detracts from how the dress looks on me. It's a beautiful dress.I personally don't think the buttons look cheap and are flimsy. No buttons have fallen off either. The only issue I had is that when I took the dress out of the packaging it smelled like fish strongly. I decided to hang it up and let it air out in the bathroom. After 3 hours the smell was completely gone, and you couldn't tell it ever smelled of fish. I think this is the same odor everyone mentioned, but to me it smelled like fish. Honestly not a problem because once you air it out, it goes away completely.I'm going to add snap buttons at the bottom and wear it to my company Christmas party. I have found ankle boots and knee high boots that match, and now I just need to decide which one to wear with the dress to the party.
